To Harvest, Sell or Transport the Berries, individuals must obtain a FREE FDACS permit to harvest endangered or commercially exploited plant(s). 

Landowners must also obtain a FREE FDACS permit to harvest endangered or commercially exploited plant(s).

The permit process was instituted on July 17, 2018.
